APPLICANT

The standard operating procedure for approval is in compliance with the department of state for the prospective applicant.

The applicant requires:

  • All applicants are subjected to credit and background checks.

  • $20 application fee (non-refundable)

  • Photo ID, Email, phone number

  • Prospect must meet the income requirement of 40X the monthly rent and a good credit history case by case. In case of unsatisfactory conditions, personal guarantors are accepted.

  • The required documents are. Application filled to completion, first two pages of the recent tax returns, three most recent pay-stubs, letter of employment detailing the position and full salary signed by HR or manager, and case by case first page of the bank statement.

  • Upon approval, the prospect requires the first month's rent, broker fee, security deposit with W-9 in cashier's check or certified check during lease signing; personal checks are not allowed. Lastly, the lease must be filled out and signed to completion.


GUARANTOR

  • Photo ID, Email, phone number

  • Prospect must meet the income requirement of 80X the monthly rent and mandatory good credit history.

  • The list of required documents is. Application filled to completion, first two pages of the recent tax returns, three most recent paystub, letter of employment detailing the position and full salary signed by HR or manager or CPA letter, and, case by case first page of the bank statement.

  • Upon approval, the prospect requires the first month's rent, broker fee, and a security deposit with W-9 in cashier's check or certified check are due at lease signing; personal checks are not allowed. Lastly, a notarized lease filled out and signed to completion, and case by case signed and notarized rider
